It's official, like Rome has it's Vatican, Tokyo now has a small but almighty 24th ward in the heart of sunny Shinokubo. Here is the flag of this NGO/NPO/FTW/FTP little oasis of the urban jungle.



Here you are your own king, equal rights for all freethinkers with only one code, the code of NO RULES. The theme is taken from the Scandinavian history when Vatican .i.e. the Pope and his power hungry missionaries moved up North over the edge of Europe to tame the wild men and their pagan beliefs. Thing is, if you are into religion, you should know that it takes a quick flip of the wrist and you have a backside of that coin...flag if you wish...and the antihero is in charge.
